OmniFlow Partners Meet in Riga, Latvia

As the OmniFlow pilot progresses, project partners met in Riga to review progress, address remaining challenges and coordinate the next activities.

Three months move quickly when you are building and testing a new approach to mobility data.

With OmniFlow progressing through its pilot period, yesterday our consortium came together at dots. in Riga to take stock of what has been achieved so far and, more importantly, what still needs to happen before the pilot concludes.

Partners shared progress from across the project, discussed current challenges and aligned on the next activities. As the technical work advances, attention is increasingly turning towards testing and validation – understanding how accurately and reliably the generated mobility insights reflect real-world traffic conditions and where they can provide value for transport planning.

But the discussion did not stop with the current pilot. We also looked ahead at how the OmniFlow approach could continue to evolve, building on what we learn from the work in Šiauliai and Jelgava and exploring its potential for further development and application.

Thank you to dots. for hosting us in Riga and to all partners for the productive discussions!
